Recontextualizing domestic ritual by scaling the molcajete into the living space's gravitational center. The tejolote, reinterpreted in wood, rests on the stone as a decorative gesture completing the ancestral symbolism of gathering.
A solid wood base cradles the hand-carved volcanic stone bowl, transforming it into the structural anchor for the glass top. An honest dialogue between porous lava and the warm wooden accent within.
